WE HAVE CONSTRUCTED A BRAND NEW FIFTEEN STOREY 290 BED STUDENT ACCOMMODATION SCHEME FOR THE MOORFIELD GROUP ON BISHOPGATE STREET, BIRMINGHAM.

PROJECT OVERVIEW

Situated within Birmingham City Centre, the development known as Toybox, due to its original usage as a factory producing toys, commenced on site on 8 May 2018 with demolition and construction of 290 beds, amenities spaces and landscaping. Practical completion was achieved within an astonishing 69 week period on 2 September 2019.

WE HAVE CONSTRUCTED A BRAND NEW EIGHT STOREY 220 BED STUDENT ACCOMMODATION SCHEME FOR EREC ESTATES ON BAILEY STREET, SHEFFIELD.

PROJECT OVERVIEW

Bailey Street is a new 8-storey project built for Erec Estates in Sheffield. Bailey Street is located on the West Street of the North of the city centre, where is one of the most popular areas among students in Sheffield. Only within 8 minutes’ walk, students can get to the University of Sheffield and Sheffield Hallam University.

Abbey House

WE HAVE CONSTRUCTED A BRAND NEW 115 BED STUDENT ACCOMMODATION SCHEME FOR EREC ESTATES ON MANOR ROAD, COVENTRY.

PROJECT OVERVIEW

Abbey House is a seven storey building designed to create 60 luxury Studio apartments and 11 cluster flats containing 55 bedrooms equating to 115 student beds.  The new build offers 115 student rooms consisting of 60 studios and 55 cluster bedrooms in the heart of Coventry City Centre, with great access to Coventry central train station and university campus.

JULIAN COURT

WE HAVE CONSTRUCTED A BRAND NEW 66 STUDIO BED STUDENT ACCOMMODATION SCHEME FOR EREC ESTATES ON REGENT STREET, COVENTRY.

PROJECT OVERVIEW

The new build offers 66 studio bed student apartments in the heart of Coventry City Centre, with great access to Coventry central train station and university campus. The scheme has been designed and built with a combination of external brickwork, feature cladding, rain screen and anthracite windows. Each room boasts an NSP locking system (key fob entry) and a booster heating system. Julian Court also has available to its resident a communal garden and on-site laundry facility.

Located in Coventry, the 210 bed Student accommodation is ideally situated close to amenities and has excellent transport routes to Warwick University. Working in partnership with Torsion Developments, this scheme will be delivered in time for the September 2020 student intake.

361 STUDENT BED ACCOMMODATION SCHEME IN THE HEART OF LINCOLN.

PROJECT OVERVIEW

Located in the centre of Lincoln the 361-bed student accommodation will comprise of 51 townhouses on the former Windmill Pine site, close to Morrisons on Tritton Road. The townhouses will be arranged in a series of seven, four-storey linear blocks, which overlook landscaped courtyards.
