This new and iconic development features the tall and stunning rotunda allowing the students to enjoy the excellent Coventry skyline views. Whilst the interior finish is to a sophisticated, ‘art deco’ styling.

Located in Coventry, the 210 bed Student accommodation is ideally situated close to amenities and has excellent transport routes to Coventry and Warwick University.

Red Queen is set around a private courtyard and offers all the amenities students require to enjoy their leisure time, whether it be in their lounge, the hub’s social area, the private on-site gym or the cinema/ KTV rooms. But also giving students the facilities to focus on their academic commitments in the building’s social study area or even the quiet study room’s booth seating.

The accommodation has been designed uniquely to bring students the best university experience in a welcoming and friendly atmosphere. There is ultra-fast (up to 200mb/s wifi) in each room and throughout the building. The kitchens are contemporary, spacious and comfortable whilst including laundry facilities. The bedrooms are all fashionable with en-suite facilities, premeditated to maximise storage space, desk space and comfort through ¾ beds and leather armed study chairs.
